I started Délice Glacé because I wanted clean, simple confections made with real ingredients on store shelves. For six years, I worked to make that happen, and it did. Délice Glacé found its way into respected retail stores across the country.
But somewhere along the way, I lost the time to do the one thing I loved most — the actual making of the confections. So I am embracing that once again.
Délice Glacé is returning to what it was always meant to be: an atelier. Micro-batches, real intention, and collaborations with brands who care as much about the craft, the integrity of the ingredients, and beauty in food as I do. Alongside those collaborations, I'll be releasing seasonal confection drops — available for preorder for a limited time, and gone when they're gone. Please bear with me as I retool to relaunch this next chapter.
